All lettings are subject to an 12% sales tax which we have to remit to the authorities. ____________________________________________________________________
*** CLEANING:
There is a $110 charge for cleaning at the end of each let. This includes the laundry charge as we supply clean bedlinen and towels. All of the $110 goes to the cleaner.
If you wish laundry done during your stay there are in-house facilities to enable you to do this.
A deposit of 25% of rental is payable with reservation and the balance is due 60 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 60 days before arrival all monies are due at the time the reservation is made.
There is a $300 refundable security deposit payable with the final rental. This is returned by cheque (less any damages) immediately the condo has been inspected on departure. Lets from under 25's may attract a larger deposit - please ask for details.
There are no other charges. Your letting charge includes local phone calls, use of cable TV, power charges and Broadband. You only pay more if there are any breakages or losses.
